Duties

Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests to recommend drinks, share drink knowledge, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of alcohol, mixers, and garnishes, reporting shortages promptly. Uphold responsible serving practices, including checking IDs and preventing over-serving in compliance with alcohol regulations. Collaborate with team members during busy hours, ensuring efficient service in settings like nightclubs or banquet events.

Requirements

Prior experience in food service or hospitality, especially within bars, nightclubs, or fine dining establishments. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate measurements. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
