, downtown Clearwater's only and rapidly growing, upscale speakeasy. This is a unique opportunity to lead the bar program and operations in a sophisticated, member-focused environment, secretly connected to the vibrant atmosphere of Prelude Sports Bar through "The Red Door".

What You'll Be Doing

:

The Architect of Atmosphere

: You will curate the entire beverage and limited bar food experience, creating a mysterious and luxurious vibe that defines a true speakeasy.

Expert Guide

: You will confidently and enthusiastically guide our discerning guests and exclusive members through our elevated cocktail menu and extensive whiskey/spirit list.

Operational Excellence

: You'll manage all bar operations, including inventory, ordering, cost control, scheduling, and training of a small, dedicated bar staff.

The Premier Sports Viewing Option

: You will offer guests options to utilize The Red Door as a unique, high-end private venue to watch major sporting events with a tailored, upscale beverage service, distinct from the main sports bar.

Exceptional Experience Delivery

: Your primary focus will be on delivering a truly great guest and member experience, fostering a welcoming, knowledgeable, and exclusive atmosphere that leverages our association with Prelude Sports Bar.
We're Looking For:

Proven Leadership

: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Bar Manager or Lead Mixologist in an upscale establishment.

Mixology Mastery

: A deep, demonstrated passion for classic and prohibition-era cocktails, spirits (especially whiskey/bourbon), and a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Operational Versatility

: Experience managing a bar program associated with a larger venue and understanding how to maintain a distinct, exclusive identity.

The Right Attitude

: Impeccable professional demeanor, outstanding communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality. This is a high-touch, member-driven business.
