Mixer Associate

to join our production team in

New Brunswick, NJ

What You'll Do:

Operate and assist with industrial

tilt bowl mixers

on North and Frozen lines. Load and scale ingredients (ice, minor ingredients, scrap dough) according to recipes. Support Mixer A duties and follow startup/shutdown procedures. Inspect ingredients and maintain inventory levels. Cut, separate, and feed dough into automated systems. Record dough processing data and verify ingredient quantities. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Collaborate with Line Operators to minimize downtime. Report equipment issues to Mixer Operator or Shift Assistant Manager. Attend safety and production meetings. Follow all

GMP

SQF

, and

OSHA

safety protocols.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ year experience in food production or manufacturing preferred. Ability to lift up-to 50lbs. and work in a loud, allergen-sensitive environment. Basic math and reading skills.
