What You'll Do

Train as a server first to build a strong foundation in our service standards and guest philosophy Deliver exceptional bar service with speed, confidence, and personality Mix, garnish, and serve drinks to spec for both bar guests and service well Prep juices, syrups, and garnishes daily to keep our bar program fresh and consistent Build strong guest relationships--remembering names, favorite cocktails, and special moments Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift Support the broader team by jumping into server shifts as needed
