Requirements

We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will have:

A strong

dedication to customer service

and professionalism

Fluent English

communication skills (written and verbal) A

valid driver's license

with a clean driving record The

ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime

as needed The

physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs

Knowledge of water mitigation techniques and equipment

Previous experience in water mitigation or restoration

Job Responsibilities

As part of our Mitigation Division, you'll play a key role in helping customers recover from water-related incidents. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to water damage calls

throughout the tri-state area to perform mitigation services

Documenting each job

with detailed notes and progress updates

Capturing daily on-site photos

to track project progress

Monitoring drying equipment

and accurately logging moisture levels each day

Delivering outstanding customer service

and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

Keeping your truck and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order

Being available by phone

for on-call scheduling as required

Assisting with warehouse and facility-related tasks

when needed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
