Miscellaneous Labor - C/R Shipping



Regular work schedule is M-F 7 am - 3 pm w/some extended daily hours and weekend work possible.



Hours worked from 5pm - 6am Monday - Thursday will receive a 15% shift premium. All hours worked Friday 5pm - Monday 6am will receive a 15% shift premium.

Perform all required preventative maintenance. Perform repairs on the machinery in the shipping department. Monitor the machinery and dust systems.



Job Duties



Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for food safety by following HACCP and Food Safety policies/procedures. Responsible for plant safety by observing persons entering your work area, asking if you can assist them, and reporting unauthorized persons to your supervisor. Attend training as required or approved by supervisor.



Responsible for the daily / weekly cleaning and for the general sanitation and housekeeping of warehouse, breakroom, rest rooms, conference room and offices.



Gathers up trash, poly bags and cardboard from warehouses



Sweeps floors and cleans horizontal surfaces (ledges)



Picks up debris from designated outside grounds.



Stacks damaged pallets.



Cleans work areas with broom and scoop shovel.



Disposes of trash in dumpsters.



Other cleaning jobs as assigned by supervisor.



Works standing up for extended periods of time, lifts or moves heavy weights up to 50# and climb stairs or ladders.



Education Requirements



One year certificate from college or technical school; or High School Diploma or GED preferred.
