Responsibilities

As a Minerals Administrative Assistant, you will:
Review and enter data into database
Manage documents - scan and upload to database
Generate reports
Oversee group email account
Assist with permitting actions and correspondence
Organize bond files
Assist in bond coordination for permits
Process yearly permit fees
Qualifications
------------------
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to process information accurately
Team player with a positive attitude
Proficient in computer programs and software
Multi-tasking
Detailed oriented
Timely
Good communication skills both verbally and written
Preferred/Additional Qualifications:
Proficient web navigational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Familiar with or knowledge of Salesforce and other web based applications
