Job Summary:

As a Millwright I, you'll help build and maintain agricultural, food-grade, and ethanol facilities. This includes installing, repairing, and maintaining grain handling and storage equipment. You'll work hands-on with a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain grain handling and storage equipment. Work at heights (up to 200+ ft) using proper safety and fall protection equipment. Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts (training provided). Communicate effectively with site leaders, project managers, and team members. Attend and participate in safety meetings and follow all safety procedures. Complete assigned work before moving on to new tasks and communicate progress clearly.

Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, and understand English. Strong math skills (basic arithmetic, fractions, and decimals). Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. occasionally (team lift encouraged). Pre-employment background check and drug screening required. 1+ year of experience in agricultural or construction-related work preferred, but not required. Mechanically inclined and eager to learn. Positive attitude, organized, and a strong team player.

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time position; travel to various job sites may be required. Per diem based upon geographical location. Competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
