As a

Millwright Superintendent

, you'll oversee daily crew operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on every job. You'll mentor your team, coordinate with engineers and leadership, and help drive projects across the finish line - safely, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do

Manage daily field operations, crew scheduling, and job progress. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen skills and performance. Coordinate with project engineers, leadership, and superintendents on planning, budgets, and schedules. Enforce safety standards and compliance requirements, including training, inspections, and corrective actions. Monitor project performance, address challenges, and prevent delays. Oversee labor hours, material needs, and equipment use to meet project goals. Travel approximately 50%; per diem provided for overnight stays.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of millwright or construction experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in agricultural facility installation or maintenance preferred. Ability to manage crews of multiple skill levels and read engineering drawings or blueprints. Valid driver's license required. AWS welding certification preferred; stick welding experience desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable using scheduling or timekeeping software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
