Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Millwright to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in both shop and field environments.Install, align, and maintain machinery, conveyors, and production equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs on pumps, motors, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment. Dismantle, reassemble, and overhaul machines as needed. Operate hoisting equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Maintain accurate maintenance records and document all repairs. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures always.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred. 2+ years of experience as a Millwright or in industrial maintenance. Proficient in reading blueprints and mechanical schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environments (shop, plant, or field). Valid driver's license Ability to pass drug and background screening

Preferred Skills:

Experience with welding, rigging, and machine alignment. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic, and industrial control systems. Experience in manufacturing, processing, or heavy industrial environments.
