Summary:

This position carries out a wide range of millwright duties, including equipment troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and machinery installation in an agricultural setting. We are seeking individuals with solid millwright experience who can contribute directly to the reliability of our operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, including conveyors, gearboxes, motors, pumps, and other related equipment. Perform mechanical tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and inspecting equipment to ensure proper operation. Transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment required for mechanical work. Fabricate, modify, and assemble components as needed for equipment installation or repair. Operate hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, grinders, drills) safely and effectively. Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and aerial lifts (with proper certification). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies. Perform other millwright-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment (forklifts, skid steers, aerial lifts, ETC.) with valid certifications.

Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of hand tools. Ability to read and interpret basic diagrams and schematics. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Physical Demands:

Requires standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday. Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. May require working in confined spaces.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 - 90.0 per week
