We're hiring a

self-motivated Millwright

to join our

Casting Operations

team. If you're mechanically inclined, hands-on, and committed to safety and quality -- we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, and clean equipment using welding and carpentry skills. Interpret blueprints and schematics for repairs and installations. Dismantle, move, align, and install machinery. Operate cranes, jacks, and hoisting equipment for positioning. Inspect machinery, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance. Keep accurate maintenance records and inventories. Follow safety protocols, support team needs and take initiative on tasks.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required

3+ years' experience

in industrial maintenance or mechanical fields Technical certification and casting/manufacturing experience

preferred

Skills & Knowledge

Proficient in

Mig, Tig, Arc welding

, gear/bearing installs, and metal fabrication Familiar with

hydraulic/pneumatic systems

and electrical troubleshooting Strong blueprint reading, math, and mechanical reasoning skills

Self-motivated

with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 35

lbs

and perform physical tasks in variable conditions Comfortable bending, climbing, and working around industrial equipment

Preferred

Experience with

CMMS systems

and

fire protection equipment

Working Environment

High-energy, fast-paced setting with

variable temperatures

and

high noise levels
