Millwork Sales Representative

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



o Estimating windows and doors from construction plans for bidding purposes.



o Communication with architects, builders, HBS Sales staff, homeowners and suppliers to work through details as projects progress.



o Confirming project details, reviewing and revising with the client for finalizations and ordering.



Traveling to architects offices and jobsites as needed to assist in support of the project.



Quoting of products through various quoting software as well as use of our POS system.



Presenting proposals in meetings and through email correspondence.



Placing of window and door orders



Scheduling of deliveries and meeting direct ship deliveries when needed to verify the product is accounted for.



o Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests and questions.



o Consult with walk in customers looking for windows, doors and other millwork



o Assist and participate in HBS events including occasional evening events



o Attend trainings and take advantage of self-learning opportunities to increase knowledge and stay up to date on changes.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
