Summary

As a Field Operator at Spartan Companies, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects within the energy sector. This position is essential to maintaining our commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of equipment as needed for various projects. Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Handle materials efficiently to support production processes and minimize waste. Read blueprints and technical drawings to facilitate accurate project execution. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions promptly. Maintain accurate records of operations and report any discrepancies or concerns. Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a field operator role or similar position within the energy or manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of logic controllers and their applications in operational settings. Familiarity with materials handling processes and quality control measures. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately. Experience with machining or welding processes is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and safety. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
