Position: Charge Nurse

Location: Evangelical Home in Saline, MI 48176

Schedule: Full-Time, Midnight Shift, 11pm-7am

What you will do as a Charge Nurse in the

Evangelical Home

:


Lead and Support Nursing Staff - Supervise, mentor, and coordinate LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare team members. Provide Direct Patient Care - Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents' health conditions. Develop and Implement Care Plans - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized, high-quality care. Ensure Compliance and Documentation - Maintain accurate records and adhere to state, federal, and facility regulations. Communicate with Families and Respond to Emergencies - Provide updates, address concerns, and handle urgent medical situations.

What it takes to join our team:

LPN license in the State of Michigan required

Long term care and/or subacute rehab experience required

CPR Certification Ability to work as part of a team and independently Compassionate and caring demeanor Bedside manner Must be able to relay information concerning a resident's condition
