Position Summary:



The Mid-Level Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of products, solutions, or process improvements. This role focuses on managing project timelines, gathering requirements, improving operational workflows, and providing ongoing support during and after deployment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience managing stakeholders, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Project & Implementation Management:

- Lead the full lifecycle of migration & implementation of Atlassian projects--from kickoff to deployment and post-go-live stabilization.

- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and milestones.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, documentation, and reporting.

Process Improvement & Optimization:



- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements.

- Document workflows, process maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Work with stakeholders to streamline activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Implement best practices and project management methodologies.

Support & Stakeholder Management:



- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients or internal teams during implementation.

- Provide guidance, issue resolution, and escalation support throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure smooth handoff to Support/Operations teams after implementation.

- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience managing projects, preferably in implementation or operations.

- Strong knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, etc.).

- Experience in process mapping, workflow design, or continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have:



PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
