High School Diploma
Experience Coaching and or Playing at the high school level or above
Experience working with student-athletes preferred
Knowledge about fundamentals and techniques of volleyball and has the ability to teach them.
postive role model with superior ethics
willing to work with the varsity head coach to implement drills, offense, and defense and a shared philosophy.
excellent communication skills with athletes, staff, administration and parents.
Enjoys working with middle school athletes.
