Josiah Bartlett Elementary Athletic DirectorSeason:
Mid- November to late FebruarySchedule:
Daily practices with weekly games starting in DecemberSkills Required:
Previous Basketball coaching experience at the Middle School level preferred. Coach will be responsible for team activities including all scheduled practices and games, adhere to district policies, rules and objectives. Coach will lead by example among the team and participants. Focus will be on personal development, skill development, safety, fair play, sportsmanship and work to establish and improve team and program.
Candidates should be dependable, detail oriented, willing and able to both lead and delegate within a coaching staff atmosphere, meet or be willing to complete all Bartlett School District requirements, ability to travel with the team to and from home and away meets. CPR/First Aide certification required but will train if needed.
