Your role, your impact



As a Microsoft D365 Contact Center Technical Architect, you'll be involved in all aspects of implementing Dynamics 365 Contact Center, from presales work through the project life cycle to go-live and ongoing support. Your involvement with clients will include off-site and on-site work, and you'll be encouraged to develop your Dynamics knowledge and achieve relevant certifications. You'll be leading technical implementations on the D365 Contact Center products with many advanced tools and techniques. You'll use standard implementation methodologies to deliver compelling solutions for our clients.


Travel to client sites is required up to 10% of the time.



Your day-to-day



Drive Dynamics 365 Contact Center implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment; Effectively manage associated issues and risks, and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements; Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings; Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create and define specifications, and implement customization for any code or data migration requirements; Conduct end-user training, and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation; Develop and continue to refine CE implementation standards and tools; Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution; Evaluate various data issues and analytical needs.

Keys to your success



Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science; Strong D365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) industry and product knowledge; Minimum 3 years of experience designing and delivering Power Platform solutions with various integration strategies; Minimum 2 years of experience (or at least 3 projects) implementing enterprise applications such as Microsoft D365 Contact Center, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.; Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to senior management and client's senior leadership; Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.

Extra edge



Microsoft D365 and Power Platform certifications; Microsoft SharePoint and Business Intelligence experience; Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript and PowerShell; SSIS experience.
