Job Summary
Under direct supervision, responsible for performing basic daily laboratory and clean room tasks as they relate to the microbial cell banking operations performed within the Manufacturing department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform microbial cell banking in the laboratory and within ISO 6 clean room environments while gowned appropriately.
• Work within an ISO 5 biological safety cabinet and maintain sterile aseptic environment.
• Prepare all materials and reagents.
• Maintain equipment and clean rooms.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in Biology or related discipline.
• Experience: 0-1 years related experience in biological lab.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
• Certification/Licensure: N/A
• Other: Ability to write SOPs and other documentation; proficiency in MS Word; ability to perform tasks independently.

The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
