Agape Health and Wellness, part of the Transformation House continuum of care is hiring a Mental Health Professional (MHP).

Your Role: Empowering Recovery Through Clinical Excellence

As a

Mental Health Professional (MHP)

, you'll play a key role in guiding adults toward mental wellness and lasting recovery. This position offers the chance to provide meaningful, person-centered care while working within a supportive and collaborative team.

What You'll Do:

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to inform individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy with a focus on co-occurring disorders Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups designed for dual diagnoses Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic care strategies Support and mentor clinical staff on best practices in dual-diagnosis treatment Identify and address barriers to mental health and recovery using evidence-based approaches

What You Bring

You're both empathetic and skilled -- able to connect deeply while applying strong clinical judgment. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by helping others grow.

Qualifications:

Licensed or license-eligible in Minnesota as an

LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist

Familiarity with

MN Statutes 245G, 245A, 626.556, 626.557, and 626.5572

Ability to pass a

DHS background study

Comfortable with technology and basic computer use
