This position is responsible for planning and execution of the activities of a team of analysts that support Pharmacy Financial Performance management; leading initiatives to analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources; bringing expertise or identifying subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce data solutions and recommendations to execute on operational objectives; advising business by providing data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities; ensuring that policies and procedures align with corporate vision; selecting, developing and evaluating personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance

OR

4 years experience. 5 years experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants

OR

5 years experience in presenting analytic results to both internal and external audiences. 5 years experience in requiring data analysis and information reporting related to healthcare data. 2 years leadership experience. Negotiation, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills. Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. PC proficiency to include Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience designing and building data solutions within business intelligence and modern data architectures Experience in Project Management. Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Extensive experience utilizing Analytical/processing tools such as Dataiku or Alteryx

HYBRID

with an in-office requirement of 3 days a week

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $198,600.00
