Now Hiring: Licensed MFT or CPC - Group Facilitator (Part-Time)

Elevations Behavioral Health - Las Vegas, NV

Elevations Behavioral Health is hiring a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC) to facilitate therapeutic groups three times per week. This part-time role is ideal for a clinician who is skilled in group facilitation and committed to supporting clients with mental health and co-occurring needs.

Position Overview

The Group Facilitator will lead structured therapeutic groups focused on client stability, wellness, and personal development. Groups follow a curriculum and are designed to promote engagement, insight, and consistent progress.

Responsibilities

Facilitate clinically appropriate therapeutic groups three times per week Maintain accurate, timely group notes and documentation Encourage participation and ensure a safe and supportive group environment Collaborate with the treatment team regarding client needs and progress Maintain strong ethical standards and professional boundaries

Requirements

Active Nevada license: MFT, MFT-Intern, CPC, or CPC-Intern Experience facilitating groups preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and maintain a professional environment

Schedule and Compensation

Three group sessions per week Competitive compensation based on experience and licensure Supportive and mission-driven work setting
