Are you ready to travel the world, work with cutting-edge technology, and gain hands-on experience in an essential industry? IGS is hiring Technician Trainees to join our field operations team applying specialized coatings to protect industrial equipment in refineries, power plants, and more.

We'll teach you everything you need to know. You bring the drive, reliability, and toughness.

What You'll Do

Apply protective coatings to industrial equipment using advanced HVAS technology Operate blasting and spray equipment safely and efficiently Work in demanding environments--heights, confined spaces, and extreme temperatures Travel to job sites across the U.S. and abroad (4-6 weeks per project) Follow strict safety protocols and quality standards Progress quickly from Trainee to Junior Technician with performance-based promotions

Who We're Looking For

Hard workers with grit, flexibility, and a commitment to safety Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work 12-hour shifts for 7+ days straight Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and in hot/cold conditions Willing to travel extensively (domestic & international) Must have a valid driver's license (passport book too, but we can help you fill out the forms) Previous experience in construction, coatings, military, or heavy industry a plus--but not required!

Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable attendance and professional attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings (drug test, DISA background check, etc.)
