We're looking for a dependable

Panel Builder

to join our team and help fabricate

aluminum composite material (ACM) panels

. If you've worked with ACM, facades, cladding, or shop fabrication before, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Build and assemble ACM panels according to drawings and specs Use tools like brakes, shears, routers, saws, and hand tools Measure, cut, groove, bend, and fit ACM components Follow cut lists and work orders to build panels accurately Check your work for quality and make adjustments as needed Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized Work closely with the shop team to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For

Experience working with ACM panels (or similar materials) Ability to read tape measure Comfortable using power tools and fabrication equipment Strong attention to detail--clean edges, correct dimensions, good fit-up Reliable and able to work on your feet throughout the shift Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the workday Good attitude and willingness to learn new techniques

Bonus Skills

Experience in architectural cladding, signage fabrication, or metal panel systems CNC router experience Basic mechanical or carpentry skills
