deal Background Includes:

4-6 years of experience handling sophisticated M&A or corporate transactions at a reputable law firm Extensive deal experience, including managing deal timelines, conducting and summarizing due diligence, and drafting equity and asset purchase agreements (private equity and private target M&A experience preferred) Proven ability to lead portions of M&A deals while coordinating with internal subject matter experts and outside advisors Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal issues into actionable advice Excellent academic credentials and writing ability Admitted to practice in Georgia or eligible to waive in
