Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser/Warehouse professional to join our team. This role involves managing product displays, overseeing inventory, and supporting store operations to enhance customer experience and drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in retail or warehouse environments, and the ability to coordinate visual merchandising strategies. This position offers opportunities for growth in store management, marketing, and leadership roles, with a focus on maintaining brand standards and optimizing product presentation.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain planograms to ensure consistent product placement across stores Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet sales demands Assist with remodeling and interior design projects to improve store layout and visual appeal Develop and execute visual design concepts using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Supervise merchandising staff, providing training & development to ensure high performance Oversee store management tasks including pricing, POS operations, cashiering, and retail math calculations Coordinate branding efforts through signage, displays, and promotional materials Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and retail spaces Support marketing initiatives by creating visual content and supporting promotional campaigns Maintain excellent customer service standards by ensuring product availability and attractive displays Utilize organizational skills to manage schedules, stock levels, and administrative documentation effectively

Experience

Supervising experience in retail or warehouse settings preferred Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and visual design tools required Background in marketing, branding, or store management highly desirable Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse teams or customers Knowledge of schematics, planograms, interior design, remodeling, or merchandising best practices preferred Experience with inventory management systems, POS operations, retail sales, cashiering, and retail math is advantageous Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on training & development of team members Strong communication skills combined with excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this role
