Duties

Manage stock levels through inventory control, stocking, and POS (Point of Sale) system oversight to ensure product availability. Train and develop team members on merchandising standards, visual design techniques, and store procedures to foster a high-performing team. Oversee pricing strategies, branding consistency, and promotional displays to enhance customer engagement. Conduct regular cleaning, organization, and store maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards and create a welcoming atmosphere. Lead merchandising efforts during remodeling or remodeling projects by coordinating interior design elements and visual updates. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and communication within the team to maintain smooth operations.

Experience

Proven supervising experience in retail or merchandising environments with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.

Pay: From $9.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
