Job Description

We are seeking a Superintendent with high-tech construction experience to lead field operations on a semiconductor construction project. This role is critical to the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations from pre-construction through commissioning. Direct and coordinate subcontractors and craft teams to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and meets quality requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to resolve field issues and maintain alignment with project goals. Monitor and enforce compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality protocols. Ensure all high-tech systems and scopes are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a superintendent on high-tech or semiconductor projects. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, commissioning, and field operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex systems installation in mission-critical environments.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
