JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Position will manage the Boys & Girls Club's mentoring program serving 50+ youth identified as needing structured mentoring support, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with grant expectations.
Oversee mentor communication, onboarding, and training; provide guidance to staff and volunteers participating in mentoring activities and ensure accurate, timely data collection.
Facilitate weekly mentoring sessions both individual and group providing meaningful engagement, relationship-building, and consistent case management in alignment with program goals.
Maintain strong school connections by communicating regularly with teachers, counselors, and administrators to monitor mentee progress, share updates, and support coordinated interventions.
Conduct research and analysis on Club data, program trends, and best practices to inform recommendations for program refinement or expansion to the director level team.
Participate in program evaluations, including outcome measurement processes and Club's Commitment to Quality Improvement, ensuring ongoing improvement and compliance.
Collaborate with internal departments and community partners to enhance mentoring resources, support mentee needs, and strengthen program capacity.
Position is year-round, full-time with benefits. Hours would fall primarily between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. M-F during school year and 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the summer. with occasional nights and weekends.
