Job Description

We are looking for a supportive, active, and engaging mentor/companion for a young adult with autism. He is currently taking online college classes, recently completed his first marathon, and is now training for a triathlon. The ideal candidate will genuinely enjoy recreation, the outdoors, and spending meaningful time in the community.

Ideal candidates will enjoy:

Walking or hiking Dogs - he has a service dog Skiing Going to the gym Puzzles and hands-on projects Attending sporting events Living an overall healthy and active lifestyle

Responsibilities include:

Accompanying him on community outings and activities Supporting his fitness and training routines Driving to events, classes, and appointments (mostly in the Burlington area) Providing companionship, structure, and general support

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Someone comfortable with an active, healthy lifestyle Reliability, patience, and clear communication

Hours:

Flexible -- could be part-time or close to full-time depending on candidate availability and fit.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
