The Opportunity

We're seeking a compassionate, licensed mental health therapist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This is more than a job--it's an opportunity to be part of a transformative movement in geriatric mental health care. You'll work directly with older adults and caregivers who need support navigating life transitions, caregiving stress, grief, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality telehealth therapy sessions to older adults (65+) and their caregivers Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of older adults Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with our care team to ensure holistic support for clients Help shape our clinical approach as an early team member in a startup environment

Who You Are

Required:

Active, independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in Massachusetts Experience working with older adults and/or family caregivers Strong telehealth skills and comfort with technology platforms Excellent clinical documentation skills Passion for improving access to mental health care for underserved populations

Preferred:

Specialization in geriatric mental health, caregiver support, grief/loss, or life transitions Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, or narrative therapy) Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in a startup environment
