We are seeking a fully licensed

Mental Health Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, Ph.D, or Psy.D)

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care, including case management and crisis management strategies. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper coding (ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT). Engage in telehealth sessions to expand access to care for clients unable to attend in-person appointments. Stay current with clinical research and best practices in mental health counseling to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution. Active Nevada license as an LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, Ph.D, or Psy.D (required) Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and experience with crisis intervention techniques. Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in medical records management is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of special education resources is a plus for working with pediatric clients. Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care and ongoing growth

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
