Therapist

Southern Iowa Mental Health Center is accepting applications for a full-time mental health therapist or counselor (ie: LMSW, LISW, LMHC, etc.) to work full time at our Ottumwa location, or full time remote, or a hybrid of the two,

This position is responsible for providing outpatient mental health counseling/therapy services to patients of all ages, to include: clinical assessment and diagnosis, development of treatment plans, individual, family and/or group therapy, and maintaining appropriate documentation.

Ongoing training and certification opportunities available. Licensing supervision available for non-independent licensure.

Requirements for the position include: current Iowa license to practice therapy/counseling and a minimum of a Master's degree in social work, counseling or closely related field.

Experience working in a mental health setting preferred.

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
