Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, or groups facing emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. The therapist will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals Provide crisis intervention and safety planning Educate clients on coping strategies and behavioral techniques Monitor client progress and modify treatment as needed Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and licensure requirements Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Active state licensure as one of the following (depending on state): Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) 1+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competence
Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
