LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a mental health therapist for our Floyd County office in New Albany, IN.

A Master's degree in Social Work is required, and LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is highly preferred

. This position will provide individual therapy to adult and adolescent clients with a mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. This position can be a hybrid of telehealth and in office. Duties will also include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation of services in an electronic medical record. Skills & Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field LSW/CSW, LMHCa, LMFTa or eligible Preferred LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana Strong clinical skills Previous experience working with clients that have a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
