JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Master's level licensed Addiction Therapist/Counselor to work in an outpatient setting in the Boone County Community Area including the Jail. Would prefer LAC, LCAC, LMHC, LCSW, LSW with experience in social work and/or mental health care for addictions and SUD a plus.

DUTIES

Conducting comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning & crisis evaluation Individual & group counseling (outpatient setting) Case management Providing clients &/or their support network with information about addiction issues & additional services/programs Treating clients with a holistic, whole-body approach to recovery Collaborate with families, probation officers, law enforcement, and others who are important to the treatment process. Submit billing and other related paperwork in a timely fashion.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field Must have one of the following state of Indiana licenses: LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCAC, or equivalent or be LICENSED ELIGIBLE(MUST HAVE TEMP LICENSE)
