About Us:

Small private practice that is dedicated to providing high-quality services to children and adults. In addition to our psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, we have been offering cognitive-behavioral therapy for the past few years. We are currently expanding that service. High Plains has sought training in evidence-based interventions for suicidal ideation and aim to provide needed outpatient therapy to individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic intake appointments and develop treatment plans. Provide evidence-based individual therapy to a range of clients. Opportunities to work with children, adolescents, and adults. Primary theoretical orientation of the clinic is cognitive-behavioral, although other evidence-based approaches are welcome. Participate in CAMS-Care training for suicide intervention. Assist with marketing to build therapy referrals as needed. Position would start at part-time and expand to full-time hours as referrals increase if candidate so desires.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Licensed, license-eligible, or provisionally licensed are encouraged to apply. Experience with therapy.
