Sandia Sol Therapy has 1 spot for an independently licensed Licensed Mental Health Therapist, LCSW, LPCC and/or LMSW with supervision provided weekly. We take pride in being a community-based organization seeking to improve the mental health of New Mexicans. We strive to help our clients by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic models and increasing access to community-based resources. We offer CCSS services to medicaid clients and would like a Clinician who is willing to collaborate with the Community Support Worker.

Licensed Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities

Meeting with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary Turn in notes timely, within 5 days of seeing client. Address client concerns and goals while maintaining communication with the patient. Build rapport with patients and their families Maintain licensure to meet the requirements of the State of New Mexico Social Work Board. Maintain a schedule of 15 - 30 clients weekly, except on holiday weeks. Lead DBT skills or art therapy groups for current clients and those outside of the agency.

Create your own schedule. Have the opportunity to do Telehealth and/or use the office on evenings and weekends. We assist with full credentialing. CEU stipend of $200 per year $55/ clinical hour to start, Therapists who work in-person weekends will start at $65/ clinical hour You can work independently while knowing you are supported by the Owner. Supervision provided weekly for LMSWs, is required You will be given referrals for clients, and will be promoted on Psychology Today. We provide the Electronic Health Record (Therapy Notes).
We are looking for Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapists, LCSW's, LMSWs and LPCC's who can diagnose and treat mental health disorders. We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Therapists who work with adolescents or adults to provide in-person services. Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances. Meeting with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
