Mental Health Technician

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour

Ensure youth are supervised (daily direct care) and provide a productive, safe environment for residents according to licensing and accreditation standards. Provide youth with leadership and lead groups. Be alert and respond therapeutically to aggressive behavior exhibited by residents. Monitor and manage youth in crisis situations by providing for safety and emotional needs using de-escalation techniques as trained. Complete all required documentation/incident reports timely and accurately. Attend all staff meetings and training. Over 21 years of age

Full-time, Part-time, PRN, all shifts, weekends
