Job information: Willamette Family is seeking a mental health skills builder to contribute to the wrap-around mental health services in our substance abuse treatment programs.

Compensation: $20-$24/ Hr Depending on Education, Certification and Expirience

Shift: Sunday- Thursday 12 pm - 8 pm

Employment Requirements:

  • Criminal Background check conducted by the Department of Human Services Background Check Unit
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screening (Including THC)
  • Full COVID-19 Vaccination or a valid exemption
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

\xc2\xb7 Applicant must be currently enrolled as a QMHA or QMHA-R with MHACBO

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of substance abuse treatment and recovery

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Services or a related field Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

\xc2\xb7 Complete mental health screeners, complete tasks associated with obtaining authorization for services

\xc2\xb7 Provide skill building, crisis intervention, case management and groups based on MH service plan,

\xc2\xb7 Assess the strengths, needs and risk factors of clients in residential services

\xc2\xb7 Meet 1:1 with each individual to review, update goals and to discuss progress, concerns, and case plan

\xc2\xb7 Complete case record documentation per policy and within designated timelines

\xc2\xb7 Meet, review, and chart progress with each client on a regular and ongoing basis

\xc2\xb7 Work with the care team to coordinate care, integrate services service plan goals

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with DHS per WF policy and guidelines

\xc2\xb7 Provide case management services for clients in residential treatment as needed meetings as indicated and directed by Program Manager

\xc2\xb7 Participate in integrated case staffing as needed

\xc2\xb7 Participate in regular clinical supervision with QMHA supervisor

\xc2\xb7 Check in with support staff throughout shift to determine any special needs for clients

\xc2\xb7 Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Program Manager.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities demonstrating competence through experience or education in the following essential job functions:

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written skills; Strong group skills

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity of, and ability to work with local community resources

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to maintain client confidentiality in accordance with WF policy, HIPPA, and 42 CFR Part 2

\xc2\xb7 Have an understanding of and maintain professional standards and boundaries according to the MHACBO code of ethical conduct

\xc2\xb7 Ability to function as a member of a team to assist clients in successfully achieving their goals

\xc2\xb7 Dependability and reliability, including regular attendance
