We're looking for a motivated and caring

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

or

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCMHC, or equivalent)

interested in a

school-based mental health position

. In this position you will be working in a Cabarrus county school providing therapeutic support and services to students whose mental health symptoms may impede on their academic success.

This position offers a meaningful opportunity to work directly within schools, supporting students' emotional and behavioral growth while collaborating with educators, administrators, and families.

Major Responsibilities:

Provide out patient individual and group counseling to students. Conduct intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student success. Maintain documentation in compliance with state and practice standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

? Master's or Doctorate Degree in social work, mental health counseling,

clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or

counseling psychology from an accredited institution

? Must be Fully licensed or license eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, Psy.D, or Ph.D.)

Ph. D).

? Pass Background Check

Spanish speaking is a plus!

? Strong communication and collaboration skills.

? Comfortable working independently as a

1099 contractor

? Experience working with children, adolescents, or in school settings preferred.

? Be familiar and sensitive to diverse cultures and ethnicity

Hours per week:

Schedule:

? Monday to Friday

? Hybrid/Flexible schedule ( 50% In person/50% virtual)

Job Type: Contract (1099)

Associates Flat Rate: $65.00 per hour

Fully licensed: $70.00 per hour
