Duties
As a Therapist at Mended House Therapy & Wellness, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
Conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in accordance with agency and state guidelines.
Maintaining accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation within our electronic health record system.
Collaborating with case managers, supervisors, and other providers to ensure coordinated care and best outcomes for clients.
Participating in clinical consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing training opportunities to support continued professional growth.
Upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with all agency policies and licensure regulations.
Demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills in interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.
Maintaining an organized caseload and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment within the agency.
Qualifications
Active New Mexico licensure as one of the following: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LPCC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
