ABA Alliance Therapy is a community-focused ABA therapy, speech therapy, and mental health provider serving individuals, families, and children in Winter Garden and surrounding areas. On the ABA and speech side, we work with families with children on the autism spectrum so an understanding of individuals with autism and the challenges that families face is an asset.

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct individual adult and couples therapy Perform intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning Monitor and document client progress, maintain clinical records and compliance Participate in clinical supervision and continuing education
Engage in outreach or community liaison activities

Qualifications

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or eligible for licensure Experience in outpatient, clinic-based, or community mental health settings preferred Strong therapeutic skills (e.g. CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
