Job Description

Small office setting with a family and relaxed atmosphere. Seeking a LMHC, LMSW or LISW who would like to have a less clinical feel to their therapy. Would like our clinicians to see 20 to 25 clients a week and based on level of licensure rate of pay can be discussed. Pay is per direct client hours. Responsibilities would require completion of necessary paperwork, following the code of ethics, and be willing to meet with team for case staffing at least twice a month. Wild Spirit Counseling is not a "Average" office, our plan is to bring a more personal setting and relaxed environment to service Marshalltown's Mental Health needs.

Must have Masters in Mental Health Counseling and have passed the Licensing Board test to be considered for LMHC position. Masters in social work and have passed the Board test to be considered for LMSW positions.

Willing to pay supervision for t-LMHC and LMSW.

Willing to do paid internships for up-and-coming therapists who are in Master program through an accredited university for LMHC.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $39,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
