Parsons Counseling is seeking passionate, independently licensed mental health practitioners to join our dedicated team in Berea, Kentucky and Richmond, Kentucky. Position Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional counseling services, per agency, state, and professional standards
Complete clinical documentation promptly and accurately
Actively participate in staff meetings and in-service training
Collaborate with clinical director and other staff to ensure optimal client care
Advocate for client needs by communicating effectively with community partners

Qualifications:

Independent license in counseling, social work, or a related field
Strong commitment to serving others with a deep sense of personal and professional integrity
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
Successful completion of a criminal background check

Desired Characteristics:

Proficiency in basic computer skills and strong written and oral communication
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience or interest in Play Therapy, Expressive Therapies, EMDR, Autism, or ADHD

Salary range

$50-$57,000 based on experience and current certifications/trainings/specialties
