Private Practice Therapist/Counselor - (LPC or LPC-Associate,

LCSW or LCSW-Associate, LMFT or LMFT-Associate).

Bend Counseling & Biofeedback (BCBtherapy) is a small and growing practice located on the West Side of Bend. We are currently in the process of hiring a Mental Health Provider. We have been serving Central Oregon for over 20 years. We believe in supporting our local community by offering high-quality mental health care using evidence-based modalities. The position can be full or part-time. This is

not

an independent contractor position. You will be hired as an employee. Pay will be determined by experience level and licensure status. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. This role requires a professional who is committed to supporting the mental well-being of clients through counseling, assessments, and personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct counseling sessions to address mental health issues. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals. Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic care. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Stay updated with the latest research and developments in mental health counseling. Participate in regular supervision and continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Licensure:

Valid state licensure as an LPC, LPC-Associate, LCSW, LCSW-Associate, LMFT, LMFT-Associate or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting preferred.

Skills:

Strong therapeutic and clinical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques.

Certifications:

Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic areas (e.g., IFS, DBT, EMDR) are a plus.
