Job Description

This position will start in late February or Early March Interviews will take place in early January. The job listing will close December 31st, 2025. Must be located in Tennessee. Must be Full Licensed in the State of Tennessee.

I am now looking to welcome a fully licensed mental health therapist to my team (LMFT, LCSW, LPC-MHSP). This is a 1099 position and offers flexibility and competitive split. Therapist must be licensed and located in the state of TN. This is a full time position. This is an insurance + self-pay therapy office. Upon being hired, you will be credentialed with the group practice contracts. Please note like any group practice, it will take some time to build your caseload.

Therapist will be responsible for delivering therapeutic services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting client progress, and participating in team meetings with some other minor tasks.

Qualifications

A Masters degree in Social Work or another mental health field from an accredited university

Active independent license.

Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans

Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to provide case management and providing community resource referrals

Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Base Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
