Clinical Manager

About your Role:

As our Clinical Manager, you will work alongside the Regional Director, providing supportive and growth minded supervision to a team of 4 Therapists working with children/youth involved in the Child welfare system. You will provide oversight of the clinical program by assigning referrals, providing supervision and case staffing to therapists, approving discharge summaries, conducting staff trainings, and acting as a liaison with the Indiana Department of Child Services. This position also maintains a small therapy caseload to balance your leadership and supervision roles.

What we are looking for:

• Licensed as LMHP or LCSW
• Valid state driver\xe2\x80\x99s license in good standing and automobile insurance (at least state minimum)
• 1-2 Years supervision experience - preferred
