Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership to the clinical team, promoting best practices in medical management and healthcare delivery Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design patient-centered care plans and improve service quality Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures Lead staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development initiatives Act as a liaison between executive leadership and clinical staff to communicate organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Experience

Must hold LCSW or LMHC licensure with 5 plus years overall in outpatient mental health practice

Proven experience in mental health management within a clinical setting Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams effectively Excellent communication skills to engage staff, patients, and external partners Ability to develop strategic plans that enhance clinical operations and patient outcomes Prior experience in managing budgets, resources, and operational workflows in a healthcare environment is preferred
